Announcement -
Changes in MAEPD Training Session Registration
Process
The registration process for MAEPD Training Sessions
has changed for 2007. Due to changes in grant
requirements, a registration fee of $15.00 is
required for each person who wishes to attend
an MAEPD training session. This fee will cover
the cost of beverages and lunch. As a result of
this change, email requests for registration will
no longer be accepted.
Participants may register online at http://www.maepd.org.
The online registration accepts both Visa and
MasterCard. Individuals who do not have access
to the Internet may mail the completed registration
form with a check payable to MAEPD/NHRD to:
MAEPD/NHRD
1431 Bird Road
Winter Springs, FL 32708
Programs
that wish to register multiple staff members for
a particular session may send one check that covers
all of their registration fees. However, a registration
form must be provided for each staff member. Programs
may also use purchase orders when registering
their staff members. Please complete a registration
form for each participant and attach purchase
order to cover fees. Mail to the address listed
above.
